Diversiton Licensees – 2 NEW opportunities available!
The Diversiton network of Licensees is well established as the leading diversity network in the UK and Ireland. To meet increasing client needs, the team is looking to strengthen its delivery capability further with the appointment of two additional Licensees from July 2008.
What makes a successful Licensee?
If you are experienced trainer in one or more of the following areas - general diversity programmes, disability, race, sexuality, gender, diversity and equality consultancy services – then we would like to hear from you. We are looking for professional individuals who are ambitious, who enjoy networking and who relish the opportunity to create new programmes and initiatives to deliver results for our clients. Needless to say enthusiasm and determination to succeed are essential!
How do Licensees work and earn?
Each Licensee is a local focal point for the full range of Diversiton services. Licensees work under the highly respected and trusted Diversiton brand and are able to develop and market their own Diversiton initiatives across all Licensees.
As a local outlet for the full range of Diversiton services you also can e.g., deliver programmes in collaboration with other licensees and earn revenues from products (e.g. calendar) sales. Referral business (from other Licensees) and referral fees between licensees also offer additional income streams. The Diversiton website also generates further business enquiries.
This unique marketing and sales support network offers a ready made platform for you to quickly build a successful training operation.
Licence Fees
Licensees pay an annual fee as a contribution to central marketing and promotion costs. This can be paid as either £5,000 on commencement or £6,000 in instalments throughout the year. (In this way the fee can be paid from sales revenues over the next 12 months).
Reward
Diversiton Licensees also have the opportunity to share in the overall success of Diversion in the longer term - through a unique equity scheme.
Meetings
Meetings of Licensees take place every three months – hosted by one of the team in their area.
