'One' for Senior Executives
This is an individual programme for Senior Executives.
The 'One’ process cuts through traditional models of mentoring, life coaching and personal development. It strips out pre-conceived notions of facilitation and empowerment and works towards the personal bottom line – of purpose, happiness and fulfillment.
It’s a unique journey for each of us.
The programme is available to Senior Executives in all countries and includes regular face to face meetings with ongoing phone/email support.
The 'One' process usually starts with a brief phone call - followed by an exploratory meeting.

Diversiton Direct
Senior Executives and HR Managers are often keen to address key issues or challenges in a direct way with fresh perspectives and insights. They realise the added value in providing staff with an opportunity to think ‘outside of the box’.
Diversiton's Senior staff undertake a range of external engagements each year in support of these aims.
Practical inputs from the 'Diversiton Direct' team include:
- chairing conferences,
- input as a keynote speakers,
- ‘guest’ inputs on training programmes,
