Diversiton's Rental of Training Resources  

Here at Diversiton we are constantly responding to our clients needs and working to support their diversity requirements.

A number of organisations on tight budgets have asked if they can rent our programmes for a week or two to try them out and train up their key people.  We have therefore decided to pilot a Rental Scheme.  This will be a very cost effective way to check out the material with colleagues.

Rental costs are just £25 per product per week.  There is no reason for organisations not to take this opportunity to learn more about religious diversity or age discrimination.  You can return the programmes after 1 or 2 weeks or keep the products for as many weeks as you wish.  The rental period begins three days after we dispatch the programmes to you and ends on the date you send them back to us (as per postmark).  Diversiton will send an invoice when you return each product.  Twelve weeks is the maximum rental period – but if the programme is not returned by then you can simply keep it.  We will never charge you more than 12 weeks rental.  Here are the three diversity training products available in our rental scheme….

The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations came into force on 1st October 2006 and it is now unlawful to discriminate against all employees, job seekers and vocational trainees on the ground of age. The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 came into force on the 1st October 2006.  These Regulations eliminate age discrimination in the workplace. This short film has been produced to help you develop an understanding of what ageism is and how and why it occurs.  You will learn about the impact that ageism can have in the workplace but also consider the benefits of having an age diverse workforce. With this professional programme you'll be able to get ALL of your staff up to date quickly with the new legislation.  The DVD will also ensure your employees know their responsibilities and therefore help to protect your organisation from costly employment tribunals.
