Diversity Calendar 2008 – Invitation
Would your organisation like to be included in the 2008 Diversity Calendar and receive a free copy of our award winning training package?
The Diversity calendar is now established as the leading annual Diversity publication in the UK and Ireland. It is an important resource for staff as each month details all the main religious and secular dates - including bank holidays. The calendar helps managers and supervisors to ensure that staff meetings and organisation events are not planned for dates when key sections of the workforce or customer base cannot participate. We also know that numerous trainers use the calendar to support their diversity and equality training.
As well as all of this, the calendar is an ideal and cost effective way to promote your organisation’s commitment to diversity and inclusion – to staff, to clients and to the wider community. Many organisations for example, provide a calendar for their staff, some offer the calendar at events and others send out the calendar instead of Christmas cards.
Diversiton also helps to promote your organisation’s commitment to diversity every day. We have had over 250,000 visitors to the Diversiton website already this year and many organisations have created web-inks to the calendar (or host the calendar via their websites or intranet). Hundreds of people access our calendar on-line each day.
We are now preparing for the 2008 calendar and we would like to give your organisation the opportunity to be included. In the 2008 edition we also plan to feature topics such as community cohesion, immigration, sexual orientation, equality, etc to help build awareness and promote inclusion.
If your organisation is able to order your calendars before the 12th October, then we can include your organisation's details for no additional cost. As a special ‘thank you’ we are also offering a FREE copy of our award winning training package ‘Religion and Belief in the Workplace’ (cost £395) to all organisations who participate in the 2008 calendar.
Again for 2008 we are offering three different levels of participation for organisations.
Major Sponsor
Major sponsors contribute £1,875 and receive 250 copies of the calendar free. Your logo will be featured at key points throughout the calendar and on the back cover in colour. Your organisation’s name will also be included in the acknowledgements as a major sponsor.
Partners
Partners contribute £375 and receive 50 copies of the calendar free. Your logo will be included inside the calendar in colour. Your organisation’s name will also be included in the acknowledgements as a partner.
Supporters
Supporters contribute £150 and receive 20 copies of the calendar free. Your organisation's name will be included in the acknowledgements as a supporter.
Finally, here are a few practical points to bear in mind:
- Reserving your place
If your organisation wishes to be included for 2008 it is essential that you let us know as soon as possible. Design of the calendar has already begun.
- Delivery Date
You will receive your 2008 calendars early in December of this year to help you plan your own distribution. Delivery is free.
- Invoicing and Payment
We will invoice you when we receive your confirmation that you wish to be included. We need to receive payment by the 30th November 2007 at the latest.
- Logo
We will require a high resolution version of your logo if this is to be included.
Space will be at a premium in 2008. To ensure your organisation is included in the 2008 calendar please return the attached priority reservation form – and don’t forget to request your free copy of our award winning training package on Religion and Belief in the Workplace.
Please contact Celine White on 028 417 54777 if you have any queries.
