UK Diversity Calendar 2007 – include your organisation

Would your organisation like to be included as a partner in the Diversiton Calendar for 2007? 

Diversiton’s calendar is the UK’s leading annual diversity publication and is now in its 5th year.  All the main religious festivals are noted and to mark the introduction of the new Age Regulations there will be special information and guidance in the 2007 calendar.

The calendar is a practical management tool to help ensure that staff meetings and company events are not planned for dates when key sections of the workforce or customer base cannot participate.  Each month details all the main religious and secular dates - including bank holidays.

If your organisation is able to order 20+ calendars before the 31st October, then we can include your organisation’s name and logo for no additional cost.  This is an ideal and cost effective way to promote your organisation to staff, clients and the wider community.

Major Sponsor
We already have 3 major sponsors for 2007 - so just one place remaining.  Major sponsors contribute £1,500 and receive 250 copies of the calendar free.  Your logo will be featured at key points throughout the calendar and on the back cover in colour.  Your organisations name will also be included in the acknowledgements as a major sponsor.

Partners
Partners contribute £300 and receive 50 copies of the calendar free.  Your logo will be included on the back cover in colour.  Your organisations name will also be included in the acknowledgements as a partner.  We already have 21 partners agreed for 2007.

Supporters
Supporters contribute £120 and receive 20 copies of the calendar free.  Your organisation's name will be included in the acknowledgements as a supporter.  We already have 18 organisations as supporters for 2007.

Here are a few practical points to bear in mind:

- Reserving your place

If your organisation wishes to be included for 2007 it is essential that you let us know before 31st October if possible.  Please use the attached response form.  Design of the calendar has already begun.

- Delivery Date

You will receive your 2007 calendars early in December of this year, to help you plan your own distribution.  Delivery is free.

- Invoicing and Payment

We will invoice you when we receive your confirmation that you wish to be included.  We need to receive payment by the 31st November 2006 at the latest.

- Logo

We will require a high resolution version of your logo (in EPS or TIFF format) if this is to be included.
