You are in: Diversiton
I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to all those who sat
on our initial Steering Group, to those who provided us with content
ideas and comments and to our team of specialist authors in diversity,
belief and employment law. Thank you also to St Ethleburga’s Centre for Reconciliation and Peace in London for their generous hospitality in hosting development meetings. For images we thank St Mungo’s Museum (Glasgow City Council), Dr. Mamoun Mobayed, Edwin Graham, Gurjit Singh, Sally Taylor and Lal Krishna Das. Special recognition and thanks to our sponsors and supporters including the Department of Trade and Industry, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Amazon and Marks and Spencer. If you would like to find out how your organisation can work with us to help promote diversity and equality in the workplace please let me know. Elucidate Consultancy in Belfast designed and built this site in response to your needs and our tight deadlines. They continue to work with us and support us as we grow. There are many other people and organisations not specifically mentioned who contribute actively, as members, to the development of Diversiton with questions, critique and suggestions. These include HR professionals in companies, government departments, health trusts and local authorities. Finally, I would like to pay tribute to the Rev Maurice Ryan, President of the Northern Ireland Inter-Faith Forum and the members of the Executive Committee for their inspiration, expertise and support. Their positive spirit underpins our ongoing work. Des McCabe |
