We will send an immediate automated confirmation and then come back to you within 24 hours with the date and time of your personal online coaching session. All conversations take place on Skype and Des will call you at the agreed time. Please ensure you can receive calls via Skype (which can be downloaded for free).
Please note that there is significant demand for these personal coaching sessions so please ensure you are ready at the agreed time. If you cannot make the session for whatever reason you must let us know at least one hour beforehand and we will be happy to re-arrange. We can only re-arrange once.
