Q Is Personal Career Management the same as coaching or mentoring?

A No. There are elements of coaching and mentoring included but Personal Career Management is a much more focussed activity - dedicated to helping each person to realise their next career move, change direction, find a job, etc. It is driven by the outcome required.

Q How does Personal Career Management work?

A Personal Career Management is a one to one process tailored to each individual situation but here is one example…

We have an initial meeting to agree the objectives of the support – what you want the outcomes to be.
We develop and agree a plan/process to achieve these objectives.
We agree what input and support Diversiton will provide.
We talk/meet regularly (usually monthly) to review progress, address priorities, agree improvements, generate options and drive the process forward.

Q Where do we meet?

A Personal Career Management sessions usually take place in Birmingham, London, Belfast, Dublin and Edinburgh.

Q How much does Personal Career Management cost?

A Personal Career Management costs from just £400 per month. There is no minimum period. Support can last two months or ten months – depending upon the situation and individual requirements. Most assignments are completed within four months.

Q Can I book my first session to see if this is for me?

A Yes. Get the process moving with a first meeting for just £99 and a no risk guarantee. Simply send an email to mail@diversiton.com with your name, address and contact details. If you decide not to proceed after this first session – there will be no charge. If you do go ahead we will reduce the cost of your second session to just £300. It’s effectively a free first session!
