Work It Out! Programmes for 2013 include.....
Work It Out! workshop (half day)
Over 2,500 participants attended this hugely successful half day workshop in 2012. Book this session again. Three hour session in your venue (10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm).
Work It Out! workshop + action planning session (full day)
The additional half day action planning session allows participants to link up with others, form workpiece teams, arrange follow up meetings, support each other and start to develop joint initiatives
Work It Out! Leaders Programme (full day)
This is a full day dedicated to identifying additional and new ways to help get local people working. This programme is to support Council staff, DWP and Job Centre Plus personnel, Careers Advisors, Work Club leaders, etc. Best practice from around the UK will help to inform local strategy and a clear plan for action.
Work It Out! Developement Programme (6 months)
This 6 month development programme (1 day per month) will help a group of participants to develop projects, create real businesses and increase their income. The Programme is about making things happen and driving results for everyone in the group. It's the next level of Work It Out!
Work It Out! for Senior Manager (two days)
An intensive two day programme for senior managers who have been made redundant or who are unemployed. A personal mentoring session for all participants is also included.
Work It Out! Local Authority Partnership initiative (6 months or 12 months)
Des McCabe will be working every month on an ongoing basis with selected Local Authorities. Hands-on support will include training sessions for staff, development of new job support structures, delivery of workshops, development of resources, and ongoing monitoring to track successes and outcomes. Includes a license that enables your staff to deliver Work It Out! programmes locally.

Venues and Times
HALF DAY WORKSHOPS
The workshop can be delivered for 20 - 200+ people so just identify a local venue that suits. Des can deliver three options fon the half day event. Three time slots are available on each day. Registration normally starts 30 minutes before the event.
- Morning workshop 10am - 1pm
- Afternoon workshop 2pm - 5pm
- Evening workshop 7pm - 10pm
We will do our best to match with your most preferred date(s). Please note that dates (and times) are allocated on a first come - first served basis.
FULL DAY WORKSHOPS
Times can be flexed to suit your arrangements. Here is a typical schedule:
- Registration 9.30 - 10am
- Morning session 10am - 1pm
- Break for Lunch 1pm - 2pm
- Afternoon session 2pm - 4.30pm
Value for money
The Workshops offer excellent value for money (from just £7 per person) and there is just one all inclusive cost per session - based on the capacity of the venue you choose. These event are managed by Diversiton, a non profit making body dedicated to inclusion.
